A universal everyday establishment that works great for a breakfast with friends, a workday lunch, or a family dinner. Chef de cuisine Marat Vakhitov (he has worked with Vladimir Mukhin at the White Rabbit Family) has created a compact menu that deftly meets all the basic gastronomical needs. The unconditional hits are the crab cake, the beef tartare, shawarma, duck breast with pears, crème brulee, and Borodino bread with kvass wort and sea water. The kitchen works with seasonal products — raspberries, chanterelles, and other fleeting pleasures all make their appearances here as soon as the season begins.
