Restaurant Terra et Silva

A large restaurant from the team of café Begin that occupies two floors of the new brick building at Podluzhnaya Street, a step away from Kremlevskaya Embankment. The menu declares the unity of gifts of the land and the forest, and this theme is reflected in the interior decoration in the form of bionic lamps, the color scheme, and nature-inspired décor.

Brand chef Aygiz Gizzatov builds the menu around the hearth that’s used to bake flatbreads with toppings for breakfasts and the main menu as well as pizza. Plus, the menu has a lot of appetizers, including the ones that go well with wine (on Friday and Saturday nights, the restaurant brings in sommelier Mikhail Trofimov). There’s also lots of grilled meat and fish – and pasta. As for breakfasts, the team of Terra et Silva deserves a prize: there’s polenta, farmer’s cheese and potato doughnuts, and a flatbread with horsemeat and Parmesan mousse.
Pay attention when you book a table – they don’t serve alcohol on the ground floor.
