Restaurant Za Kryshey

A semi-secret spot featuring a rooftop garden, wine, and a pleasant crowd

Located within the Rassvet factory grounds, where restaurants and cafes are chosen with exceptional precision. Za Kryshey is the creation of Big Wine Freaks team and chef Marat Kalajdzhan. Together, they crafted a project with three well-balanced components: food, alcohol, and a garden terrace.

The result is an ideal evening spot designed by the Florentine architectural bureau b-arch. The delicately positioned lighting reflects off the ocher-yellow walls and the industrial terrace is adorned with a garden and candles. The candles don’t so much inspire a romantic mood as they literally illuminate—faces, flowers, and Apulian ceramic dishware on the tables.

The food is a delight for those who come to have a drink and something to eat. It features items such as the immediately bestselling fritters with three kinds of caviar, cheeses from the neighboring creamery, lamb shoulder for a group of friends, spaghetti, gougères, and a touching plate of cookies—the team pays a lot of attention to all things dough and is not afraid of using it.

Add to that a great wine menu and a real-life atmosphere of semi-secrecy, which allows you to relax and imagine that everyone here is part of the game.
