Carlo Scafetta

He was born in 1987 in Fondi, in the southern region of Lazio. There, he graduated from university, obtaining a degree in accounting, while also working in the kitchen of the restaurant Antica Carrera, which was managed by his aunt, since the age of 15. At 21, he became the head chef at one of the restaurants in Sperlonga. By the age of 28, he participated in the launch of the EATALY project. At 33, he started working at the Moscow restaurant Vadvare.
