Denis Lim

He was born on November 18, 1983, in Uzbekistan. He studied at the Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics, and Informatics (MESI). He interned at RyuGin, LeDu, and BonAmb. He learned to cook ramen in Osaka. He participated in projects such as Ikura Izakaya Nikkei and Ikra (Moscow).
