Dina Khabirova

Born on December 13, 1976, in the Samara region, she studied management at the Moscow Institute of Youth from 1993 to 1998. She first ventured into the restaurant business after securing a job at Chuck Norris's Beverly Hills Casino. Gradually, she mastered various roles, including hostess, manager, and art director. Together with Vitaly Shimansky, she managed the "Restaurant Syndicate" of Kirill Gusev. Since 2010, she has been a partner at Ginza. Her independent projects include Buro TSUM and Grace Bistro.
