Dmitriy Blinov

He was born on July 18, 1986. He studied at a culinary college, gaining valuable experience while working in various establishments under the guidance of Felix Mamin, Gennaro Pelluzo, and Delfim Martins. He first became a head chef at the restaurant "Zimale.to." He later worked with Italy Group and then went on to lead the kitchen at Freeman’s. On January 10, 2014, he, together with Renat Malikov, founded his first restaurant, Duo Gastrobar.
