Dmitriy Tyan

He was born in 1982 in Uzbekistan. In 2003, after graduating from Tashkent State Technical University, he moved to Moscow. That same year, he dedicated his life to Japanese cuisine. He worked both in restaurants and in large delivery networks specializing in Japanese food. In 2009, he relocated to St. Petersburg, where he worked at Sintoho in the Four Seasons Hotel. He oversaw the delivery of Japanese cuisine for restaurateur Dmitry Blinov. He is a participant in the gastronomic team Dreamteam.
