Emanuele Pollini

He was born in 1986 in the Italian city of Cesena. He studied to become a chef at the Istituto Pellegrino Artusi in Forlimpopoli, Italy. He worked with Vincenzo Cammerucci at the restaurant Lido Lido, and also gained experience in restaurants like Terre Alte, La Buca, and Frantoio Turchi. Later, he contributed his talents at Martin Berasategui in the Basque Country, as well as the New Zealand restaurant Clooney. In 2013, he began collaborating with Carlo Cracco, launching the restaurant Carlo e Camilla in Segheria as its chef. He then joined Esben Holmboe Bang's restaurant Maaemo in Oslo. He was the executive chef during the opening of Ovo in the Moscow Lotte Hotel. In 2020, he became part of the team at "Vadvare" and GES-2 in the role of brand chef. In September 2023, he opened Pollini at Ladbroke Hall in London's Notting Hill. By December 2023, he was appointed brand chef of the classical Italian restaurant Oltremare on Savvinskaya Embankment.
