Igor Smirnov

He graduated from the St. Petersburg Institute of Biology and Psychology of Man. In 2002, during his third year at university, he completed bartending courses. His first experience in the restaurant industry was as a waiter at "Dvorzhanskoe Gnezdo." He participated in projects such as Ginza at Aptekarsky, Francesco, and the projects of the Four Seasons Hotel Lion Palace St. Petersburg. From childhood until the age of 30, he was professionally involved in sports.
