Kenan Assab

He was born on August 28, 1989, in Tashkent. He studied engineering at the Moscow Polytechnic Institute but never worked in his field. He began his creative journey by moving to the UAE to work. He has participated in projects such as "Antique," Mendeleev, "Proliv," and opened a bar in partnership on the Balearic Islands @door13. He executed the rebranding of "Kianu," a bar on Malaya Bronnaya Street. He served as the concept chef for the bar at "Kvartira Chikho." He is the founder and host of the channel #Gastropair and a co-founder of the project The Nest Moscow. He formerly directed the F&B division at the chess club of World Chess, with which he launched a pop-up bar during the candidates' tournament in March 2018 in Berlin and a pop-up bar at the World Chess Championship match in November 2018 in London. He prepared and launched Kisa Bar and Collider. He also consulted on the launches of the projects "Kolokol" and the bar Roma & Gina. In 2021, alongside Roman Pometkov, he launched bars in Noôdome and Sage.
