Petr Birkin

Born in 1986 in Ukhta. Petr completed his studies at St. Petersburg Architecture and Construction University, majoring in Industrial and Civil Construction, but later decided to pursue a career in the restaurant industry. He apprenticed in China and South Korea and subsequently worked on projects such as Dve Palochki (Two Chopsticks), Terrasa, Buddha Bar, and Vokrug Sveta gastro market.
