Yegor Anisimov

Born in 1986 in St. Petersburg, Yegor pursued studies in restaurant administration and confectionery at Vladivostok College of Technology and Service. He completed an internship at the 5-star Ana Mandara hotel in Vietnam and also gained experience through apprenticeships in Japan, China, Korea, Italy, and France. Yegor is a participant of numerous culinary festivals and forums, as well as chef championships such as Zuma Kitchen Profi and Ruma Kitchen Profi. He is one of the key figures behind the “Derzhi Kraba!” and “Na Grebne!” culinary festivals, which showcase Far Eastern food and produce.
