Restaurant Tetto

Designer cuisine from chef Vasily Okulov offers a refined and skillful reinterpretation of classic Italian dishes within a trendy city bistro setting. Beef tartare is presented on a bed of egg yolks transformed into a delicate gel, lasagna is served with a bechamel sauce whipped into a mousse, and gelato is paired with tropical fruit and parmesan crumble.

The bar menu is equally inventive, expertly combining primary Mediterranean flavors, such as coffee, basil, limoncello, peach, red orange, vermouth, and olives. For those in the know, there is a tiny speakeasy bar called Infuse, located next door. It opens from 5 pm to midnight, features a collection of vinyl records and offers an even more daring cocktail menu.
