Restaurant Anna Bistrot

An intimate bistro located in the city center at the intersection of Butlerova and Mayakovskogo streets. Inside, you’ll find a bright interior featuring air balloons hanging near the ceiling and walls adorned with scenes depicting the life of the bistro, its guests, and Kazan landmarks.
Artem Laptev, the long-time concept and brand chef of several GreatList-recommended restaurants such as Cheerem, Gina, L’elephant, and Lulua, oversees the kitchen. The culinary concept of Anna Bistro is not tied to any specific region or cuisine. Instead, it is a tapestry of impressions, memories, and recipes gathered from travels around the world. The focus here is on the food, which is delicious, easy tounderstand, and visually appealing.
The wine menu boasts over 50 labels, with bar manager Pavel Kamonin continually updating and expanding it. The bartenders create classic cocktails in both their original and uniquely twisted versions.
