Restaurant Artel

A bistro next to the Lyadskoy Garden, right in the center of Kazan. The kitchen is run by Bulat Ibragimov, and this is his first project in Kazan opened after the chef’s triumphant return from Moscow. The menu happily combines the slightly reinvented Tatar cuisine (delicate steamed manty with pumpkin) and contemporary gastronomy with local products (the flawless ukha soup with Volga-caught fish). The dishes are accompanied by freshly baked bread with kaymak cream cheese. I would advise booking a table in advance.
