Restaurant Wine Puppets

The third and favorite place from Farid Khamidullin (Green Dog café and Port wine bar) that combines good food and wine. In creating Wine Puppets, the team drew inspiration from St. Petersburg establishments: the interior is light and airy, not weighed down by colors or décor. The menu developed by young chef Vadim Shapoval is also light and airy. Some of the dishes come in canonical interpretation, such as the Niçoise salad and Bolognese pasta, but in other cases, he lets his imagination run wild – and the result are things like the fantastic salmon tartare with cumin and baked potatoes with Vitello Tonnato. Pay special attention to the wine menu’s section with Riesling wines from different countries and in different styles.
