Restaurant Zuka

The owners of Zuka have successfully recreated the atmosphere of a Japanese izakaya. The place proved to be popular: on the one hand, it is visited by the guests of the Kirov Garden Square, on the other hand, by the residents of Vincente residential complex where the restaurant is located, and yet more people come on purpose, guided by personal recommendations.
Inside is an open kitchen managed by Dmitry Stoch, who has long been enamored with the pan-Asian cuisine. The menu includes a raw bar, sushi rolls and hand rolls, tataki beef and persimmon with kimchi, kushiyaki scallops and Kung Pao chicken, ramen, and Peking duck. The bar serves sake, wine, and cocktails.
