Brand chef Artem Laptev had studied the intricacies of Italian cuisine in the culinary academy of Gianluca Pardini at Lucca, so he has first-hand knowledge of how a plate of antipasti should look or how to prepare homemade pasta. You will immerse yourself in the Italian classical dining among marbled walls, mirrors, house plants and tables covered with crisp white tablecloths: the sense of peace and decorum is achieved through the efforts of Moscow-based architectural bureau Krivtsova & Redina. On the weekends, between 10am and 2 pm, the restaurant offers a separate brunch menu: we sincerely recommend the rum baba with truffle and scramble and omelet with asparagus.
