The best time to experience the atmosphere of this wine bar at Profsoyuznaya Street is on Friday and Saturday evenings when it’s filled with the buzz of music and conversation, and the bartenders write names on the glasses with wine. The menu is a perfect fit for the establishment’s main drink but is not limited to appetizers: you can quickly wash down some pâté with Riesling or have an actual dinner with Beef Wellington and a glass of red wine from the slopes of Etna. On weekdays, from noon to 5pm, the bar serves lunches that take place in a much quieter atmosphere.
