One of the city’s most beautiful restaurants (thanks to the Artist Collaboration design bureau) that should be visited both for the well-built menu from chef Radik Gimadeev and for the magical view of the Chernoe Ozero (Black Lake) park. In the mornings, they serve shakshuka and brioche with all kinds of condiments (add a glass of sparkling wine to that). At all other times, you’ll find salmon tataki, sturgeon soup, risotto with eel and mushrooms, and chocolate cream with raspberries and dulce de leche. The wine chiller holds bottles of Riesling, Grüner Veltliner, Sauvignon, and other attributes of a good evening. This is a place that works equally well for business negotiations, heart-to-heart conversations, and a wine glass or two all by yourself.
