Aigul was born in 1986, in Kazan, the capital of Tatarstan. In 2010, she moved to Moscow, where she first worked as a waiter at John Bull pub. Aigul liked working in a restaurant, and between 2013 and 2021, her career steadily progressed, from managing the floor to managing a whole establishment. In 2021, she was ready to open her own place. Aigul made a business offer to Arakawa-san who was in charge of the Sakura Blossom project. That’s how omakase restaurant Kappo Hiroki Arakawa was born in 2022.

How the guide is assembled

The guide offers a selection of useful search filters and the encyclopedia of restaurateurs and chefs to learn the names of the heroes behind the best restaurants.
