Born in 1987 at Smolensk. Graduated from the Smolensk Humanities University with a diploma of process design engineer in public dining, and after that went to Lyon in France, to study at L’Atelier des Chefs. Andrey loves to experiment and was one of the first chefs to create a gastronomical tasting menu with the help of artificial intelligence. His important projects are Old Fashioned in Vladivostok and Moscow’s Bor and Björn whose kitchens he manages to this day.
