Artemiy Lopatin

Born on November 27, 1992, in the city of Kirov, he studied at the Escola Superior de Hotelaria e Turismo do Estoril in Portugal as part of the Culinary Arts program. In 2016, he worked in New York alongside Daisuke Nakazawa. Following that, he was instrumental in launching the kitchens of Nobu restaurants in London, Barcelona, Riyadh, Warsaw, and Tokyo. He also interned at Tokyo’s Sukiyabashi Jiro and Sugita. Since 2022, he has been leading the kitchen at Jun.
