Bruno Marino

He was born on April 5, 1971, in Sicily. He studied at the Serramazzoni School in Modena. He mastered the art of making pizza and pasta at the pizzeria Ramon. He has worked in Italy, Sri Lanka, and France. He is the author of several cookbooks. He participated in projects such as Fellini, Capriccio, Leonardo, Spago, Semifreddo in Moscow, AN Group, Peshi, the Jewish cultural and religious center "Zhukovka," Porketteria ZIZO, Il Siciliano, and the pastry shop Bruno Marino. Currently, he is the head chef at the restaurant DUE FORNI.
