Ilya Markov

Bar manager at Ugolek and Leveldva, he was born on May 14, 1995, in Ulyanovsk. In 2001, he moved with his parents to Balashikha, where he studied until the 9th grade. He then enrolled in a college affiliated with the Moscow Institute of Food Industry, and upon graduation, continued his studies there for his bachelor's degree. In 2015, he began working as a waiter at Bar BQ Café on Pyatnitskaya Street. After six months, he transitioned to the bar position there. In 2020, he joined Leveldva, where, within a year, he was promoted to senior bartender, and in 2022, he became the bar manager. At home, he grows microgreens and dreams of establishing his own farm.
