An amazingly powerful space above the Ugolek restaurant: either a bar, or a club, or a restaurant, or a concert venue, with no outsiders, where any person who comes along quickly blends in with the crowd. Parties, brunches, guest performances, Sunday celebrity dinners, and the best gastronomic events — both spontaneous and well-orchestrated. Add to this the menu from the first floor, conceived by chef Luigi Magni, and a bar counter that promises fun and adventures. The man responsible for all of this is restaurateur Ilya Tyutenkov.
