Restaurant Brera

A generous project from Alexander Oganezov, where the kitchen is headed by three chefs at once – all of them very different, but equally excellent: Ruslan Polyakov, Luigi Magni, and Nicanor Vieyra. Together, they create formal Italian cuisine that is served in a very beautiful setting: lots of dark wood, soft frescoes on the walls, antique furniture, and tall windows that let in the light from Bolshaya Nikitskaya, sparkling on the local mosaics. All of this brings the tired city dwellers back to life, giving them a lasting sense that everything is well and good.
