Italian fine dining from the restaurateur Arkady Novikov at the second floor of the Aist (Stork) restaurant. The kitchen was conceived by chef Mirko Dzago who oversees its operations (and the restaurant below). A formal yet ascetic restaurant whose solemnity is conferred by the white tablecloths, hefty knives and forks, and the wafer-thin glassware. The menu is a combination of classical dishes, some adaptations, and even such things as a creamy fisherman soup (ukha). The simplest solution is to request the Via con me tasting menu that can be ordered until 9:30 pm.
