Restaurant Cutta Cutta

A rare restaurant from the Australian chef Glen Ballis where he took responsibility for all the principal tasks: the concept, the kitchen, and the project management. A beautiful menu composed from different cultures and the overall sense of easiness, a surprising occurrence in the neighborhood of Patriarshy Ponds. The latter is the work of designer Irina Glik who filled the space with natural materials and created an illusion of simple country life. The unfamiliar word “Cutta” means “star” in one of Australia’s aboriginal languages. Cutta Cutta is “A lot of stars.” Those who visited the eponymous Cutta Cutta Caves Nature Park will surely remember and recognize this simplicity and closeness to nature.
