Remy Kitchen Bakery

A small chain opened by restaurateur Alexander Oganezov with Ruslan Polyakov as chef de cuisine. A compact menu, a minimum of ingredients many of which go in the Josper oven, European and Asian references in the dishes. There is also a delicatessen and a bakery, where you should come after dinner for crispy baguettes, berry tarts, and stretchy and airy croissants. In the mornings, they serve grandiose breakfasts — you won’t find better pancakes anywhere in the city.
