Ruslan was born in 1990 in the town of Buinaksk, in the Republic of Dagestan. In 2005-2009, he studied at Moscow’s Tsaritsyno Culinary College where he earned qualification of cook, process manager, and expert stock manager. But that was only the beginning of his studies, and between 2009 and 2013, Ruslan studied for his cooking and process management degree at the Russian University of Cooperation. His career began during his second year of studies: between 2006 and 2008, Ruslan worked as a cook at the Gorod Masterov (City of Masters) restaurant in one of Moscow’s satellite towns. Since then, his record of service has added many entries, including Ugolek, Les Artists, and many establishments of restaurateur Alexander Oganezov — their collaboration with Ruslan began in 2017, when the chef took charge of Remy Kitchen Bakery, and continues to this day. Multiple winner of professional awards and prizes.
