Amy Restaurant

A restaurant from Alexander Oganezov that opened in July 2022 at Spiridonievsky Side-street. High ceilings, lots of air, subdued colors — peace, grandeur, and contemporary Moscow cuisine from Ruslan Polyakov, Oganezov’s principal associate when it comes to culinary affairs. Polyakov is a fan of minimalism, and here, this love is more visible than elsewhere: take, for example, the griddle cakes with eel, ribeye, or crab meat and avocado — this food is as simple as can be, but it is the first that comes to mind in your hungry dreams. There is also fresh fish and seafood and a large section with pasta, including lemon one. The portions are big, and this is especially true for desserts.
