One of the most resounding openings of summer 2022, a grand Italian restaurant from Anton Pinsky, run by two friends and chefs, Vitaly Istomin and Artem Losev. As it is common for the duo, they cook with fun and irony, transforming Italian cuisine into a space for their antics: risotto with gold, pizza with eel and zucchini flowers, and pizza with no dough. The restaurant successfully adjusts itself for different moods and goals: primness and white tablecloths on the second floor, exciting crowd on the first — and carelessness inherent to all the Italian restaurants. The project is named in honor of the Castilian wood-burning Loona oven that is working hard on the first floor.
