Restaurant Pafos

A multi-format restaurant opened by the Alba Group at Tverskoy Boulevard when the capital was experiencing a boom of Greek cuisine establishments. What you should know about this project is that Pathos has two floors, each with its own menu. The first floor is more low-key and familiar, the second is more austere, but there are more culinary experiments there.
Overall, Pathos offers a certain degree of solemnity. It demands a dress code, the place is littered with antique torsos and heads (one of them is even used to drink a cocktail), and the visitors are pressed for time: you only have ninety minutes to eat your sardines (a separate menu section), fava with oxtails, spanakopita, and gyros with lamb.
