A new restaurant from the Lucky Group holding – and another point of attraction at Bolshaya Nikitskaya Street. This place is a complete tribute to Japan – tastes and smells, traditions and far-from-Moscow rhythm that envelops you while you sit at the counter and watch the cooks meditatively fillet the fish. The kitchen is the domain of Artemy Lopatin who dedicated himself to the Japanese cuisine a long time ago: he learned to make sushi rolls in his native Kirov at the tender age of 12, and ten years later apprenticed in New York and London.
