Restaurant WA Garden

A new project from White Rabbit Family that brings three restaurants together under one roof. All three are small, intimate, full of exotic things brought straight from Japan. All three have a focus on one product and demand that everyone observes the new rules: leave your shoes at the entrance, sit down to eat on the tatami, and let yourself relax, entrusting the choice of food to the professionals. This is the celebration of the omakase style that entails the guest’s trust in the chef’s taste. For now, only two projects are working, and the third one is coming soon. Uchiwa is devoted to two kinds of crab, Ayu is all about sushi, and Tajiri Go showcases Wague beef.
