Restaurant Gvidon

One of the most resounding projects of 2021 that has been the subject of excitement since its opening. A strong mix of Russian and French gastronomical traditions managed by chefs Vladimir Mukhin and Anatoly Kazakov; an interior decoration by Natalia Belonogova with mythological and fairytale themes (when you book a table, make sure to ask to be seated in a way that you’ll see the mermaids and the chandelier), and a strong sensation of being in the center of the world — and that it is currently revolves around you, quite deservedly. The local onion soup is one of the best in Moscow and it is especially recommended for those who have avoided onion soup up to this point: if you decide to change your habits, this is the only way to do it.
