Later, received his Executive MBA degree from Skolkovo and completed the program of design thinking at the Wonderfull Laboratory. Boris entered the restaurant business in 2003. Founder and CVA of White Rabbit Family restaurant holding. Co-founder of IKRA international gastronomic platform. All of the holding’s restaurant concepts have been envisioned by Boris. Over 12 years of work, launched 36 restaurants in Moscow, Krasnodar Krai, Astana, Bodrum, and Dubai. Over the years, his projects White Rabbit and Selfie won global recognition. A cast of talented chefs cut their teeth on his restaurants. Person of the Year 2016 and Restaurateur of the Year 2017 according to the Russian GQ magazine. Zarkov’s contribution to the growth of Russia’s hospitality industry has been recognized with a national award.
