Mushrooms

A mushroom restaurant of the White Rabbit Family empire. The project’s idea was to create a menu with a lot of different mushrooms: from the seasonal and wild growing to those that are farm-grown. The result is exciting: the morels are replaced with chanterelles, and chanterelles are crowded out by porcini; there is birch boletus familiar to everyone from childhood and rare muers. Everything is cooked with an eye to Italian gastronomical values: the mushrooms are mixed up with risottos and used as filling for ravioli. The restaurant is located not far from Strelka and Museon Park, so feel free to combine a lunch at Mushrooms with a walk.
