Vladimir
Mukhin

Born in 1983 at Yessentuki, in Russia’s south. In 2004, graduated from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics with a diploma of production design engineer in the sphere of public dining. Vladimir has apprenticed at Moscow restaurants Belgrade, Kitay-Gorod, Nostalgie, Pushkin Café, at La Barone in France, El Celler de Can Roca and Can Gobany in Spain, and at Khajimi in Japan. In 2012, he became the chef de cuisine of Moscow restaurant White Rabbit. Today, he is the brand chef of the WRF restaurant group. The chef’s mission is the promotion of Russian cuisine around the world. In this, he has been successful: White Rabbit has been marked with global professional awards and added to prominent international rankings.
