Sakhalin

A seafood restaurant from the WRF Holding. Majestic view of Moscow from the top floors of the Azimuth Hotel (in the summer, when there is an open patio, the sensations are much more exciting), almost two hundred seats, fish and seafood from all the seas and oceans, and a hefty raw bar, whose stone tabletop reflects the mottling colors of the fish fins and the glitter of the scales. The concept is overseen by Vladimir Mukhin, and the kitchen is managed directly by chef de cuisine Alexey Kogay. People are right when they say that two heads are better than one.
