Restaurant Beluga

A tourist attraction that is also beloved by the locals. All kinds of caviar and free-flowing vodka on the second floor of the National Hotel with an inspirational view of the Kremlin. Beluga positions itself as a restaurant of Russian delicacies and this is a rare case when the establishment could do without a chef de cuisine, as its caviar tasting menu is quite enough for lunch. But there is a chef de cuisine, his name is Yevgeny Vikentiev and he does an excellent job refashioning the traditional cuisine of the Russian merchants in his own way.
