Mustafa Mido

He began his culinary career in Italy and then moved to Russia, where he worked at Carven, a Moscow golf club, the restaurant complex "Stary Telegraf," and the "Grand Hotel Polyana" in Sochi. As a chef expert, he participated in high-profile sporting events, including the Olympics in London (2012) and Sochi (2014). While preparing for the launch of the restaurant "Pescatore," he completed a six-month internship at the Milanese Langosteria and the Hong Kong-based Ronin. In the spring of 2023, he undertook an internship at a culinary school in Seoul.
