Nikita Verchenko

Born in 1994 in the Chelyabinsk Region, near the Ural Mountains. Nikita got his training as a cook in one of Moscow’s service schools. Before joining the team at Bagebi, he prepared khinkali (meat dumplings) and satsivy (chicken in walnut sauce) at four Georgian cuisine restaurants — Saperavi, Nani, Cha-Cha, and Genatsvale.
