Nicola Mavica

Born in 1959 in the Sicilian town of Bronte, often referred to as the capital of pistachios, he moved to Rome during his student years. To finance his studies in economics, he took a part-time job with Bruno Borgesi, the founder of the restaurant Sans Souci. Afterward, he left Italy and worked in America, Japan, and Australia, focusing on marketing communications and brand management. He has been in Moscow for over 30 years. Initially involved in communications, he later headed Visa Management Service (VMS), which oversees visa centers. Additionally, he founded the gastronomic company The Stolen Artichoke, which launched the projects "Vadvare" and "Caffetteria," centered around healthy food.
