Timofey Sulima

He was born on June 25, 1996, in the Ukrainian city of Druzhkovka and moved to Moscow during his teenage years. He received a degree in economics but did not work in his field. He initially worked in the flower business before deciding to become a chef. Lacking formal culinary education, he learned everything on the restaurant kitchen floor.
