Vasily Zaitsev

He was born in 1989 in Moscow. In 2007, he received specialized education, training as a chef and pastry chef at a service industry college. He complemented his education with extensive gastro travels and an internship at one of the restaurants in Hong Kong. He has participated in projects such as Zodiac, Chicha, "Sakhalin," and Tinto at Depo Lesnaya. Currently, he works at Koji and Lucky Izakaya.
