This new venture by the Make More Group, creators of the More bar, draws inspiration from the cultural and culinary traditions of the peoples who have inhabited the territory of modern-day Russia.
The interiors showcase natural materials, and the open kitchen is designed around a live fire, which is the primary cooking method. The menu includes dishes such as Kama River catfish with baked potato pudding, lamb tongue, red salmon steak with cabbage, and lamb heart with pureed carrots. The Starters section features milder options like trout with baked peppers, whitefish sugudai, scallops with baked apple, and a salad with northern shrimp. The cocktail menu offers eight original cocktails, although classic options are available upon request, and the wine menu, while modest, includes all the popular labels.
