Brand chef of Dreamteam restaurants. Born in 1984, Alexey has been in the kitchen since he was small — his father, Dmitry Kanevsky, was a cook at the embassy in Burma. As a child, he visited the country often, and, most likely, that’s where he chose his future profession. Over the last 15 years, Alexey has managed to work under the tutelage of Alain Ducasse, Piere Hermé, and Evan LeRoy. Today, Kanevsky is one of the top experts in brisket, which he learned to cook in Texas.
